DBF Athletics Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

At DBF Athletics, we strive to provide a positive experience for all athletes and families. The following refund policy applies to all services.

Individual Training Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refund.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.

Training Packages

  • Training packages are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete only with written approval from DBF Athletics.

  • Packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

Camps and Clinics

  • Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may receive credit toward a future DBF Athletics program.

  • No refunds will be issued once the camp or clinic has started.

Weather and Facility Closures

If DBF Athletics cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:

  • A make-up session,

  • Account credit, or

  • Rescheduling option.

Medical Exceptions

Refund requests due to injury, illness, or other medical circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
