DBF Athletics Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
At DBF Athletics, we strive to provide a positive experience for all athletes and families. The following refund policy applies to all services.
Individual Training Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refund.
No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
Training Packages
Training packages are non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete only with written approval from DBF Athletics.
Packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
Camps and Clinics
Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may receive credit toward a future DBF Athletics program.
No refunds will be issued once the camp or clinic has started.
Weather and Facility Closures
If DBF Athletics cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
A make-up session,
Account credit, or
Rescheduling option.
Medical Exceptions
Refund requests due to injury, illness, or other medical circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
