DBF Athletics Terms of Service

Welcome to DBF Athletics ("DBF Athletics," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for training sessions, camps, clinics, events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

DBF Athletics provides basketball training, athletic development, camps, clinics, mentorship programs, and related services designed to help athletes improve their skills, confidence, discipline, and character.

2. Registration

All athletes under the age of 18 must have registration completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration.

3. Athlete Conduct

Athletes are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Follow all training instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Demonstrate positive sportsmanship.

  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

DBF Athletics reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the training environment.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to train.

Missed sessions without proper notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

DBF Athletics reserves the right to modify schedules due to facility availability, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances.

5. Payments

Payment is due prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon.

Training packages, memberships, camps, and clinics must be paid according to the terms provided at registration.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, videos, graphics, logos, and website content are the property of DBF Athletics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Media Release

Participants may be photographed or recorded during training sessions, camps, clinics, or events for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks as further outlined in the DBF Athletics Liability Waiver.

9. Changes to Terms

DBF Athletics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
